Craniosacral Therapy for toddlers and children can help with snoring, teeth-grinding, unresolved tongue tie issues, muscle tension and regulating the nervous system. This treatment is eligible for coverage under Registered Massage Therapy. Developed by Osteopaths in the early 1900s, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) uses very light pressure (5 g) to release tissues and work with the body’s natural rhythms to activate healing and balancing mechanisms.

Jesse is a Registered Acupuncturist who brings a warm and grounded presence to her practice. She is committed to supporting women’s health, helping clients manage stress, and providing relief from pain, and she also offers cosmetic acupuncture treatments.

With additional training in yoga (YYT certification) and Zenthai Shiatsu, Jesse incorporates mindfulness and holistic principles into her acupuncture practice. She strives to create a safe and welcoming environment where each client can feel seen, heard, and supported on their healing journey.

For Jesse, acupuncture is more than symptom relief — it’s an opportunity to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. She works with clients at all stages, whether seeking stress reduction, hormonal support, pain management, or simply a moment to pause and reconnect. Her goal is to help people feel grounded, rejuvenated, and empowered in their daily lives.
