Pediatric Craniosacral Therapy
The gentle touch of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) can help ease muscle tension resulting from time in the womb and the birthing process. CST can help babies experiencing: breastfeeding/latch issues, torticollis, blocked tear-ducts, reflux/spitting up, colic, tongue tie, flat spots/vacuum birth. Craniosacral Therapy for toddlers and children can help with snoring, teeth-grinding, unresolved tongue tie issues, muscle tension and regulating the nervous system. This treatment is eligible for coverage under Registered Massage Therapy. Developed by Osteopaths in the early 1900s, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) uses very light pressure (5 g) to release tissues and work with the body’s natural rhythms to activate healing and balancing mechanisms.

Scar Tissue Release Therapy with Julie
Scars are more than skin deep. Whether from surgery, injury, or illness, scar tissue can quietly affect far more than the area where it formed. As it matures, it can restrict movement, compress nerves, alter posture, and create patterns of tension that ripple through the entire body — often in ways we don't immediately connect to the original wound.
Scar tissue release using the MSTR (McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release) Method works gently and precisely to soften and mobilize this tissue, restoring circulation, sensation, and freedom of movement. Clients often report reduced pain, improved range of motion, and a profound sense of reconnection with parts of their body that had felt numb, tight, or simply "not theirs" anymore.
For Those Who Have Had a C-Section
A caesarean section is major abdominal surgery — and yet so many women are sent home with little guidance on how to support healing beyond the surface. The scar itself may heal visibly, but underneath, layers of tissue — including fascia, muscle, and even organs — can become adhered and restricted.
This can show up in some bodies as:
A numb or "shelf-like" ridge just below the surface of the scar
Lower back, hip, or pelvic pain
Bladder urgency or changes in bowel function
Core weakness or difficulty engaging the deep abdominal muscles
A change in gait patterning leading to a feeling of ‘instability’ in the body
Emotional disconnection from the belly or lower body
Whether your c-section was recent or decades ago, it's never too late to address the scar. Gentle, non-invasive scar tissue release can help restore mobility, reduce discomfort, and support your pelvic floor — helping you to feel whole in your body again.
This work is offered with care, respect, and a deep understanding of what it means to heal not just physically, but in mind and soul.
